On the Login page, click the Forgot Password link. Enter the email address associated with your account and a reset link will be emailed to you. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process involving a photo ID — a CNIC is the standard document for Pakistan players. Withdrawals

Make sure your identity has been verified before submitting — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Funds are returned to the same payment method type used for the most recent deposit where possible.

Processing times depend on the withdrawal method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest once approved. Bank transfers take longer depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the team — once approved, the funds transfer speed is then determined by the payment provider. If a withdrawal is taking significantly longer than expected, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

Withdrawal requests enter a pending state while being reviewed. Common reasons for a longer-than-normal pending period include: identity verification not yet completed, an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, or a routine account security check. Log in and check your account status and any notifications. If no specific reason is shown and the request has been pending for an unusually long time, contact support.

Cash out availability depends on the specific market and match. Where cash out is available, the option will appear on your open bets during the event. The cash out value offered changes in real time based on current in-play odds. Not all markets or all matches have cash out available — check your open bets section during a live match to see if the option is shown.

Odds at m567 are displayed in decimal format by default. A decimal odd of 2.50 means you receive 2.50 times your stake if your bet wins — so a PKR 1,000 bet at 2.50 returns PKR 2,500 total (PKR 1,500 profit plus your PKR 1,000 stake back).
